First off, they don't know what they're doing. Watch out, they don't tell you that using a credit card will cost your extra $$$. They're not experience and don't know left from right. There was a hole at the side of my house on the yard, and they couldn't identify what it was! They didn't bother to go on the roof or anywhere that would would take them an extra few minutes. They came in, took my money + some since I didn't have a check or cash on me and then left. REALLY BAD INSPECTORS!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ron did the inspection and found no major problems. We bought the house and a year later, I have learned through other contractors that these are the things he missed, that were his official responsibility: 1. Several roof trusses were smashed and poorly repaired. 2. Electrical wiring was badly done and "dangerous" according to electrician. 3. Ron and his assistant Jessica were punctual, professional, and took time to answer all of our questions. Ron's report was easy to read and he followed up the next day via phone to see if we had any questions. As first time home buyers, his patience and knowledge was extremely helpful.

I'm a realtor and use them frequently to inspect homes for my buyers. I also use them for radon testing. I find them easy to schedule, flexible, competent and thorough. Always with reports on time and easy to comprehend.

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with the work that you (Ron) and your inspection partner do. This is a thorough home inspection. You allowed me the opportunity to pose questions and you gave me suggestions on how to maintain the property in the event I purchased the house.
