My wife and I are trying to buy our first home and we needed a home inspection done fast. We contacted HTI Home Inspections the day of and met with Ron Roman. Home Inspection of New Construction Condo- I hired HTI Home Inspections to attend the walk through of my condo before closing in order to help me identify any major issues and any items to include on a punch list for the builder to complete. Being a first time home buyer, I have run into the unexpected many times. Home inspection can make or break a deal. I was referred to HTI Home Inspection by my Realtor and couldn't be happier. The inspection was flawless and only took an hour and a half. Ron went through every detail about the condo with me.
