Talked to a sales person, after we finally found parking, the guy had no clue what he was talking about and even tried to argue with us. We will be going to McKinney to purchase our Jeep. But for the future, you should make sure your salesmen are educated on upcoming inventory.

While we had a great experience with your sales department in January we have had two bad experiences in a row with service. The first was a few months ago when we were told you rotated our tires but you did not. I called last week for a service appointment and was given today at 3pm. When I dropped our van off I was told that it won't even be looked at until tomorrow and I cannot get a loaner until you have looked at it to diagnose the issue. Now I'm left without a vehicle to transport my three children tomorrow.

Hoyte dodge service department Durant,okla sucks. It took them 29 days to put an engine on my car. When I picked my car up the service engine light came on.I took it back .The manger would not let the tech take care of the problem. The manger said they didn't have time. Now I'm looking for a dodge dealership that I can trust.
