Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee today and I had awesome service! I had to drive 2 hours to Hoyte and Nathan the salesman helped me so much ahead of time to make sure that I was able to get everything that I wanted in a new car. The finance team was also so very helpful and kind. Definitely will be buying my next vehicle here.
We had an awesome experience today 10/19/16 at the satellite Hoyte Dodge Ram Dealership in Whitesboro, Tx. Billy Vaughn is the Salesman of the year on a scale of 1-10 he gets a 20. We were treated with professionalism, warmth and like we were family. I didn't want to go to another dealer. All the guys were super nice and courteous. Great place!! Billy Vaughn's the man!!
Service department here is the worst in the business.
I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee and has been serviced at Hoyte for 6 years! Great Service! Now purchasing a new one is another story! Nothing but frustration from day one! Went to another dealer! Totally great service! Plus a USAA member and they do not stand by their promise of hassle free!! Noted!
Took our 2013 Chrysler 300 in for warranty work and the service advisor Sam went out of her way to make sure that I was aware of the status, while repairs were being done. Totally awesome job by the service department today and an awesome job Sam. Also great parts department as well.
Just feel it very necessary to publicly thank David Goggans. We called about a Ram 2500 on saturday 9th. Told him the price of competing dealer in our area. Both of the trucks were apples to apples identically same right down to color and options. Not only did he beat their price but also helped us find more rebates. After price was agreed on and he found out we lived 300 miles away. He offered to have our 2500 delivered to our driveway at no extra charge.
