I had an issue w my vehicle and worked w Dustin who was extremely rude and unknowledgeable. I asked a few questions about the process of coming in to get things checked and each question was answered with rude, I don't knows or other short responses. The face to face experience wasn't any better. Eye roll when I handed over the keys and annoyed responses when I had questions about getting my vehicle back 10 minutes after dropping it off. I asked for oil change and tire rotation.. I got oil change, had to send it back for tire rotation. When I tried to pay out nobody was at cashier desk and apparently only one person can do this transaction so I waited 20 MIN to pay ...Very poor customer treatment. Will take my business elsewhere.
My experience was great as usual. Super friendly staff and they treat you like family. Highly recommend.
