we had a transmission go out on our 2017 Ram (already had been replaced once). your service department made the choice to rebuild it under warranty. they left a cooling unit off and it went out AGAIN in 10 days. said warranty has now expired so I get to pay for it because your service department screwed it up. we are told by other dealerships that the rebuild should also have a parent but no one put it in place. during the supposed rebuild you kept my truck 3 1/2 weeks and I got a loaner for the last 3 days. Best dealership in Texoma. Randy in used sales is a great guy who will always try and work the best deal. I've been to every dealership in the Sherman area, but I always come back and buy from Hoyte. The service department is always friendly and they always address my questions and concerns.
I have used them 2 times and both times I had to take it back to have problems corrected that they did wrong
