Great people working hard best place to buy a car
Just bought a used truck great service great experience. Upset that they promised me a second key they even put it on paper and at the end they said who ever traded it in did not turn in a second key. So they didn’t give me one.
Hoyte does not honor any of their warranties and has horribly rude customer service representatives in the service department
Richard Stevenson sold me a truck with a bad def pump on a 2017 Ram 2500 with 50k miles that went out before I even got the license plates even after i asked him straight up if it would get me where i was going. One would think being a dealership they would at least help with the repair. On top of that the gas filters needed replaced, again after I asked straight up if everything was in perfect order. I know I should have not believed a car salesman...lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake and trust them.

Paul and the used cars , Is a bad representative for this company, The way that he talks to customers is very horrible, this guy should be fired from your company, he lost you a very good sale, not to mention he’s lied to me several times on the phone, when I get out there to see a vehicle, it’s not the vehicle that was shown, I would not use this dealership, be very careful up with a place online it’s not the vehicles when you get there, they gave me two different prices online from two different people, and try to scam me ... read more
