we got a used car, there was a recall due before we bought it. it was never taken care of. they gave it to us and didn't say anything. now we have to pay for it literallyin every way..and of course "it's no longer a recall, cause the time limit is up" we trusted yall, figured we'd be in good hands. but I wouldn't recommend yall to anyone. I highly recommend this dealership if you know what you want and tell them they work their hardest to help as much as they can. Great salesman Zach and pre owned sales manager Casey are your go to guys in my opinion thinks guys got my dream truck today thanks to y’all’s hard work!!!

They had my sons vehicle for 6 weeks and never even fixed it. We called and asked many times if they had it fixed and they kept telling us they were working on it.. Today we went there and they have not done anything to it and dont know when they can get to it. Rude customer service at the service department!

I had a great experience with Hoyte DRCJ. They worked really well with me over the phone, as I live a couple states away. We came to an agreement on new truck and trade in. Everything went smooth as silk. I appreciate the two guys I worked with: David and Shawn (Sean?). They are very efficient and fluid in their respective roles/operations. No frills. No high pressure sales. Straight and to the point. When I get ready for a replacement, Hoyte will be the first place I look. Thank you!

While my experience was not the best and could have gone way better. I can atleast say someone there cares about the end result and making it right. Customer service can be hard to find and sometimes you have to ask the right people, but this dealership has some people there willing to make it right. Buy cautiously and carefully at this dealership and hopefully all will turn out well!

This dealership has caused a tremendous amount of grief for my family. My husband’s Ram has had a recurrent issue for over a year. We have brought it here at least three times, maybe four, over the past several months. Our most recent repair we paid out of pocket and they claimed there were no recalls on the vehicle despite us receiving postcards from Dodge. My wife and I recently purchased two vehicles at Hoyte Dodge in Sherman, Texas. We can honestly say that the whole experience was a positive one. We worked with Randy O’Brien as our salesman.
