MICHAEL LAPOINTE pulled my credit today, we work our numbers and get ready to sign the deal he comes back 2 min later that it was sold.!!! Are you kidding me!!! Why pull my credit and start the process if your just going to sell it while I’m In the process of buying????? Management messed up and they didn’t see they did anything wrong and made me feel like the bad guy and did not by any means try to rectify the situation, so I took a ding to my credit score and did not get the truck. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I did look into this matter and I know you were here Saturday night to checkout the truck and left and told Michael that you wanted to think about it. Then unfortunately when you came back another salesman had a buyer that drove from Tyler Texas to buy it. This is a very unfortunate situation that we see all to often in the car business. When one buyer is undecided and the other buyer is ready to buy. What would you suggest rectify the situation?
RecommendedRobert Kehrer is always so helpful and kind. I have been there for oil changes, tire problems, recalls, and warranty work. He is upfront and honest, explains the work being done in detail, and checks in with you during the day to update you on progress. Excellent customer service!!

Thank you to the person driving the parts van for almost causing me and my 1 YEAR OLD BABY GIRL to almost have a wreck, hope whatever rush you were in is worth the lives of others. I stopped in there 9/5/18 at 1:30 pm because of a truck electrical issue. I dealt with Robert Kehrer about my truck , he was friendly and professional . They got my truck in same day , fixed the electrical issue and got a oil change done and had me back on the road in less than 3 hours . I was surprised that they were able to do that . I highly recommend them for any work you need done
