Absolutely awesome, a little piece of heaven in the Lake District, I would happily retire here if at all possible, the owners are so very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them, the cottages are spotless and maintained to a very high standard, wish We were there now.
Just back from 4 fantastic days in this glorious cottage (Garden cottage). It is absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean,in a great location to visit all the lakes and surrounding towns. Lovely log burning fire for cosy nights in.Wake up in the morning with the lambs at your bedroom window. Sue is very warm and friendly and will make you feel very welcome.This is by far the best and cleanest cottage we have stayed in around the UK. Otley Beck cottage is in the same league only bigger. A perfect little cottage, equipped with everything you need - absolutely spotlessly clean too. It's in a great location, quiet but within easy reach of Lakes and local towns. We walked a lot, enjoyed the peace of the private terrace in the evenings and came home totally relaxed. I'd highly recommend it and hope to return.
Had a fantastic stay at How Foot property was superb as we the hosts Sue and Martin we have booked again for this year can't wait to enjoy the experience again.
