Tanya is absolutely horrendous
So much waste and inefficient process for anual check-up. Have to check in twice: one from mychart app on my phone and, one on self-check kiosk. Pay copay in first check-in. And of course copay is requested again in 2nd check-in. Can select either pay now or bill later. Took 3 administrative personnel to fixed it. Waited for 30 mins for nothing.
Twice I was forgotten about by the same worker. I sat down for my appointment and was told I would have an X-ray before seeing my doctor. 30 minutes go by and my actual doctor has to come in and ask if I’ve had an X-ray and push someone else to get it done. I then see my doctor soon after before they tell me they’re writing up a referral. 1 hour goes by and again my doctor has to walk in and ask the worker who forgot about me the first time why I was still here. I got hip surgery here and it was by far the best experience I could've asked for, everyone was so respectful and attentive! I loved the results of my surgery and everyone who helped me with anything was so kind! I would 100% recommend for people to come here if they want an amazing experience.
