My first appointment at House of Queens and definitely my last I would not recommend this salon I could not understand a word the lady who did my nails said I asked if she had the colour Chrome she just nodded her head as in yes I also asked for short pointed builder gel style I ended up with short round pale pink colour I said that's not Chrome another member of staff said that's what they call Chrome so I pointed to a bottle of nail varnish which had a Chrome top and said thats what I call Chrome so I was given a ring of d... read more

Ugh, that nail place was a total nightmare! I had an appointment, but still had to wait forever because they kept taking walk-ins. I told them I had an appointment, but they just said "sit and wait," no apology. The staff didn't speak English, and I'm not even sure they're allowed to work here. My nails were done so fast and sloppily, my fingers still hurt. I've reported them to the council and trading standards – we'll see what happens!

Got my nails done today and it was my first time there and probably the last one as well. Staff was very rude and not communicative at all. The girl who’s start do my nails was very grumpy and no manners. Once she file my nails she needs me to go and wash it. She just said : “Go and wash hands” I said sorry ? I didn’t quite catch what she was saying, so she repeated. “Go and wash your hands” I didn’t see at first the sink a bit away the other side.
