I had a wonderful experience with this jeweller. The gentleman repaired my bracelet, which had a broken clasp, and removed a few links from my watch so it fits perfectly now. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and the turnaround time was really fast. The quality of the work is excellent, my bracelet looks brand new. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewellery repairs or adjustments. Thanks again

I honestly cant thank House of Hatton enough for the gorgeous ring they made for my husband! It has huge sentiment value so was thinking of just buying new and keeping his original band someone safe. After talking with them, they said they could remake the bad for us. They also melted down and added a necklace that was special to me to make the band thicker which makes it even more sentimental. I wanted to get 2 custom rings made and thought to go local, and I did feel welcome when I dropped by, but unfortunately was left chasing by email, calls and voicemail for almost 2 months, to no response. I even dropped by twice, driving during my lunch break, and was told drawings will be done, which they never were. I was told twice on the phone that a note was left for Gemma to call me back with next steps, costs and drawings, but never got a call.
