Had the honour of having my hair cut by Chloe at the House Of Finesse. She was very polite and social making my experience a comfortable one. I was very pleased with her care and precision when cutting my hair for my prom. Likewise the other staff were professional and kind too. Great experience and definitely visiting again!
Booked a hair cut and blow dry via Treatwell, when I turned up at the salon they ‘had no appointments’ and couldn’t fit me in. The salon was empty on my arrival with staff sitting outside next door, the least professional salon I’ve visited. Woman at reception said I needed to contact Treatwell for a refund, who I can’t get hold of. The salon should of cancelled the appointment as it’s their mistake which has left me out of pocket.
