Do not book here - salon has closed down but still taking bookings on Treatwell. Paid upfront and waiting for a refund.
Absolutely shocking place to get a perm. Asked for a perm for my son. He spent 4 hours in the salon and the perm did not work. The worst part was they told him it will curl tomorrow to leave it a day and still charged him £100 for it all. I really am shocked that they let a customer out of the salon thinking they had a perm when it didn’t successfully happen on there type of hair. But they could have been honest and transparent about this
I had an incredible last-minute experience at House of Evelyn, and I’m beyond grateful for the team – especially Eva and Mia. After a disappointing appointment with another hair and makeup artist, I called House of Evelyn out of frustration. They were so understanding and kind over the phone and managed to offer me a spontaneous appointment within five minutes – something I truly didn’t expect! My mum and I got a wash, cut and blow dry and Eva did a great job. We loved the end look and of course she’s so sweet. Saw the inspiration and heard what we wanted.
