Terrible place! The workers all give you dirty looks and speak In their language about you, they hate asking if you can use a card to pay with very dodgey people, the older Chinese lady is terrible at doing nails and they rush so bad to get the next person in. Nails look nothing like how you ask. And they make different prices up each time you go. Will never go again after today’s experience.

The costumer service was bad I showed her the inspo picture she was being rude about it saying she don’t need it because she knows how to do it but it looked nothing like my inspo picture which was a standard French tip and she was pulling my arm constantly. The nails were £40 it was not worth it. She also made one nail bend even tho I told her it was bent but she kept saying it’s not. She also kept giving me dirty looks for no reason. The nail products smelt bad. Do not recommend going there!!!

This nail salon is very bad. They constantly speak amongst each other, make you feel embarrassed and then they laugh at you. It is so obvious as they say something, and then make the other person look at your hands/feet and then laugh. It is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. All the other reviews confirm that they are SCAMMERS - they overcharged me yesterday, first the man said "CASH ONLY" and I said I have paid with card before, therefore did not arrange to bring cash. Went in yesterday for nails. The women who did it was very tough and very rude, constantly grabbing my arm and not in a way to move my hand but in a way to be rough, did not finish the set and still charged me £45, disgusting and will not come back

Rude Staff, tried to over charge on the sly and when they were challenged they started talking about me in another language thinking I wouldn’t realise. Very rude, no care - very unprofessional atmosphere & attitude. Won’t be returning here again - they also try and force you to pay cash only ( they do accept card )because clearly they are being dodgy about their earnings.
