Staff are rude and very unprofessional. A colour correction is never going to be corrected in 1 appointment, that's totally understandable, but a customer is within there rights to complain about the service they have received. I would just like to add that I did not get charged from the police, despite your best efforts to do so. Your response to criticism will be your biggest downfall in running a successful business. Booked on Treatwell, noticed the address on there was different to the one listed on Google. Contacted the make up artist to confirm venue and she told me that was a temporary venue whilst they were being renovated and that they were leaving on Saturday when I booked the appointment. She told me to cancel the appointment and would be in touch to give me a discount on next appointment which was kind, but they shouldn’t have bookable appointments on Treatwell if they won’t have a venue as money was taken and I’m not sure what ... read more
