They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve been coming here in and out for 4-5 years (I’m 28) and I can’t begin to tell you how disgusting and horrible this place is. Constantly changing staff members, staff members lying on their notes which go up onto the system (I’ve had 2 staff members do this to me and I can’t get them off my data now), staff are rude, not helpful and when I begged for help I got told ‘someone will contact you’. This place is an absolute circus, ran by a bunch of clowns who have no professional decorum. I was referred not long ago due to a injury I sustained by my own hand I was in a dark place and I thought coming here would make it better, I did not. The staff are rude, belittling and incoherent. forget trying to get any help from an them..... You've been warned
Every time you try to call the number provided on their website it rings then cuts you off .. that's fantastic for someone who has mental health issues no wonder there is such a high suicide rate ...
