Another company that claims to care about the customer but does not put this into practice. We have been given false information multiple times in relation to booking an event here, both times relating to trying to extract more money out of us than was due. Despite significant extenuating circumstances little was done or offered to help our situation but they made sure to repeat how sorry they felt for us. Good venue for wedding. It is out there in the middle of nowhere, but that's part of the charm.
