Had a great stay here. Check in went super easy, and the ladies were very friendly. Apparently my room was upgraded, but it just felt very small for the upgrade. Not entirely sure what was changed, I think I had two beds and then I went to one which is OK because I’m a single traveler, but the room felt very small to be considered “upgraded”. My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and were truly impressed by the excellent and attentive service – from check-in to breakfast and dinner. The rooms are quite small, but normal-sized for London, especially for an old Victorian house. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for your kindness. We always felt very welcome.
Hotel Xenia is located in an ideal spot. The staff was very accommodating and professional,especially Grace and Maya at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and the service in the restaurant was outstanding. I would not hesitate to return.

Don't look further - book this hotel without any doubt - very well located, this hotel run as a tight ship by GM Alessandro, is a wonderful place. Excellent rooms, excellent service and excellent F&B; what makes the place though, are the people. Ines, Albino, Alejandro, Grace and all colleagues do their utterbest to make you feel welcome!
