We had a lovely break at Hotel Una, the room was fantastic, very clean. The hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble! We will be definitely going back to Hotel Una in the future.
We had a great nights stay here, our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a very nice surprise. Staff were great and we will be coming back in the future!
What a fabulous experience at this wonderful Hotel! Our welcome was warm, friendly and personal. Checking in was a breeze. Our rooms were exceptional. The choices for breakfast are varied and the food delicious. We can highly recommend scrambled eggs with salmon and for you vegetarians - mashed avocado and poached eggs on bread. This hotel gets a one star from me because despite repeated attempts to contact them about an item left in the room they have chosen to ignore me. Terrible customer service, extremely disappointing.
