Easy checkin. No faffing.|Clean fresh warm room.|No disruption nice quiet.|Breakfast not much choice but more than adequate.|Checkout easy. No faffing just put key in box. No embarrassing goodbyes and oh how lovely. |Pros close to train station. |Cons close to noisy hotels. |Tip. Ask for room out back if you need quiet. |All in all excellent.

Very happy. Clean comfortable. Shame about noisy people in in Rome 11 disrespectful playing loud music and shouting. But my room was warm and cosy room 10. Everything I needed was supplied. My friends room was on the top floor but just as lovely. We had to smoke outside as it's a no smoking hotel. Breakfast perfectly cooked and just right amount. Thank you.

First off 5* is because it's close to the station and town, the room is spotless, smells nice and the bed is comfy. And seems nice and quiet. The room is at a perfect temperature despite the cold day outside. Not a party hotel, more for the quieter guest I reckon. Not a bad price for a double room either. Be aware, they charge by the guest here not the room. Quick update, I had the best sleep for ages last night...very pleased. Also the breakfast room is bright and clean and breakfast was good.
