There was no way to cool off our room. No A/C unit or fan, and the windows only cracked open about 4 inches, and even then they were blocked by the curtains, which had to be wide open in order to get even a sliver of the open window usable. It made for a very muggy, uncomfortable night, even though it was below 50 outside. The restaurant was great, and all the employees were very friendly. RecommendedGreat checkin . Very personable front desk agent, Theo, made us really feel welcome and happy to be here. He. was very kind, charming, helpful and hospitable. So were the servers In the bar, especially bartender, John, who gave us great stories about the history of the area and directions to our Dinner Destination. Great hospitality and frinks!

RecommendedWe have had a wonderful stay so far in a top floor room which includes a comfortable king bed with cozy duvets, Keurig in the room for coffee in the morning or midafternoon, and a nice vibe from employees and guests alike. The live music in the lounge area on Friday and Saturday nights was such a delight to walk into after spending the day out and about. We've already booked another stay here and look forward to the friendly staff and great location. Thanks for making our time in Seattle all the more splendid!
RecommendedHassan and the rest of the front desk staff are amazing. He was so funny and cheerful. he gave us tons of coupons to use around downtown, gave us the scoop on specific places to visit, and more! Definitely would stay again
