Was there this week and no A/C only ran fan. Room was way too hot to sleep in. Call the front desk and all they said was that I could open a window. This is the second time something like this happens.
RecommendedIf you are traveling to Portland and have a dog then you must stay here! We are so glad we found this amazing place. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were really friendly accommodating and very helpful. Super dog friendly with dog beds in your room and bowls and tins of treats, dogs are allowed pretty much everywhere in the hotel. We loved the place and will definitely be going back again
Great checkin . Very personable front desk agent, Theo, made us really feel welcome and happy to be here. He. was very kind, charming, helpful and hospitable. So were the servers In the bar, especially bartender, John, who gave us great stories about the history of the area and directions to our Dinner Destination. Great hospitality and frinks!

Hassan and the rest of the front desk staff are amazing. He was so funny and cheerful. he gave us tons of coupons to use around downtown, gave us the scoop on specific places to visit, and more! Definitely would stay again
