First time here, easy check in, friendly front desk, immaculate room good view deluxe bedding lots of amenities. I can’t say enough about this place. Central location easy walk to lots of interesting places. Did I mention the free cupcakes in the lobby 🤪unlimited bottled H2O. More to come this is all on our first night
We have stayed at many different “staypineapple Hotels” and we just LOVE THEM! customer service is outstanding! Dog friendly. Great locations. Can’t wait to see what city we stay in next with you guy!!
Extremely disappointing! I made a hotel reservation for this place through Hotels.Com. I canceled my reservation well within the limits given by Hotel.com, this morning I woke up to a $300. Charge from Hotel Rose. I called Hotels.com to clear it up, they didn’t understand why we got charged and called Hotel Rose, Hotel Rose agreed that we had canceled but refused to give us a refund. I will NEVER stay at this hotel, and I am going to tell everyone and anyone about this experience and encourage them not to have their money st... read more
Luv the place! kinda like a home away from home. Staff is very polite. Location iis complicated at 1st but other that that, Luuuuv it! ❤️
I LOVED this hotel. The staff were amazing -checking in and out was super quick and easy and towards the end of our trip we took out some of the free bikes they offer. The concierge gave us some great recommendations for routes for us to take. The blankets and pillows are super fluffy and it’s probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is conveniently located near Max stops in downtown Portland. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great food, and awesome staff! Each employee was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No need to check out other hotels! — in Portland, Oregon.
the location is great, right next to everything downtown. the rooms are a bit dated and a tad over priced but if you're traveling with dogs this place is great.
