What a great hotel, champagne and nibbles complimentary for our anniversary. Very friendly knowledgable staff and great staff in the restaurant bar. Central enough location. This is the 2nd stay pineapple we've used and it didn't disappoint. Have and will continue to recommend Stay Pineapple to freinds
Came in from the heat for my little princess granddaughter who wanted strawberries🍓🍓the staff pointed me in the right direction .Great service ! Ordered fresh fruit and a pb&j to go 🍓🍑received ice water and colors while we waited .. than we felt refreshed to walk more to the mermaid parade and had one of the best pb&j ever .. like to know where you get your bread 🌈thanks for a wonderful service we are coming back to treat ourselves for the night it was so inviting !

Great place to stay downtown. Awesome location, very friendly staff and rooms were very cute and clean. Even adopted the stuffed puppy in our room 😉 Will be back again!
The air conditioning in this hotel dose not work, it would of been nice had we been informed of this considering it was 100 degrees outside. Hotel staff rude and could give a shit about us. Don't even get me started on the restaurant because it was 100 times worse then the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.
