Absolutely wonderful and accommodating staff! One of the best beds, pillows and comforters ever! Oh and the free snacks during happy hour didn't hurt either!
It could have been a 4. Hotel desk and valet staff were extremely accommodating. On-site happy hour was nice. Location was convenient. Security great. Only issue was maid service. Poor cleaning of room. Never vacuumed or picked up anything off the floor. They get a poor.
Not to happy with the hotel, am trying to pass feedback to the proper channels..

Best hotel experience ever! Greated by "dash" in my room - puppy therapy for a homesick girl. Excellent accommodation for fussy room service needs. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Thinking about changing a future reservation in a different hotel on an upcoming trip to enjoy more pineapple adventures! Very happy customer 😀
Easy to get to. Super friendly staff. The bed was amazing, I didn't want to leave. We will be back!
