Great location, loved the decor. The staff are so helpful and friendly they really made me feel welcome!
We had an awful experience at another hotel we booked. I was literally hundreds of miles away from home with my husband and 3 kids sitting on the beach frantically looking for a place. I saw good reviews so I called, the lady was so nice and understanding. We drove to the hotel in downtown San Diego, pulled up tired,cranky and full of sand. Checked in, got to the room and it was perfect. Ty #staypineapple for turning our day around. Please find a location for Phoenix,Az!

The hotel is gorgeous. Easy to get to. Rooms are amazing. Mattress and spread the best. Hotel staff warm and inviting. Represents Portland very well.

RecommendedSeriously the best service ever. Nicest staff, quick hospitality, super clean, eco friendly and awesome spot downtown which is close to literally everything. Highly recommend! Tai is the go to guy for sure!

Everything from start to finish was incredible! The staff, the room (the bed is comfiest ever) the delicious beers on tap in their restaurant - all so excellent. All in a great, walkable and safe area, right by the waterfront promenade. We can't wait to return and explore the city further!

Great hotel. Loved the decor and atmosphere. Rooms were very nice. We had a tequila drink in the lounge and it was delicious. I grabbed the breakfast sandwich to go before we left and it was awesome!! I highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

Great location right on the water & park trail, over the top pineapple theme (love it!), comfortable beds/pillows/linens. Down side: lack of nicer amenities like gourmet coffee & really loud patios due to highway noise.
