Extremely disappointing! I made a hotel reservation for this place through Hotels.Com. I canceled my reservation well within the limits given by Hotel.com, this morning I woke up to a $300. Charge from Hotel Rose. I called Hotels.com to clear it up, they didn’t understand why we got charged and called Hotel Rose, Hotel Rose agreed that we had canceled but refused to give us a refund. RecommendedI LOVED this hotel. The staff were amazing -checking in and out was super quick and easy and towards the end of our trip we took out some of the free bikes they offer. The concierge gave us some great recommendations for routes for us to take. The blankets and pillows are super fluffy and it’s probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. RecommendedThe hotel is conveniently located near Max stops in downtown Portland. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great food, and awesome staff! Each employee was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No need to check out other hotels! — in Portland, Oregon.
Recommendedthe location is great, right next to everything downtown. the rooms are a bit dated and a tad over priced but if you're traveling with dogs this place is great.
Was there this week and no A/C only ran fan. Room was way too hot to sleep in. Call the front desk and all they said was that I could open a window. This is the second time something like this happens.
RecommendedIf you are traveling to Portland and have a dog then you must stay here! We are so glad we found this amazing place. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were really friendly accommodating and very helpful. Super dog friendly with dog beds in your room and bowls and tins of treats, dogs are allowed pretty much everywhere in the hotel. We loved the place and will definitely be going back again
