RecommendedSuch a beautiful hotel, and a phenomenal experience. The staff was lovely and the rooms were great! Super shout out to Colyn who worked the handicap access elevator for me, such a great personality and super nice dude. I highly recommended staying here

Rooms are great… Good service & lovely amenities—But the restaurant is completely inadequate! Ordering iced tea at 9:30 at night and being told there isn’t any....And unbelievably bad at oatmeal, etc

Eine meiner schlimmsten Hotelerfahrungen der letzten 12 Monate. Sehr freundliches Personal, ansonsten aber eine schreckliche Zumutung! Hier kommen verschiedene Dinge zusammen: ein altes Gebäude und ein Umbau der dazu führt, dass es so laut in den Zimmern ist, dass man ohne Oropax kein Auge zubekommt. Die Abluft im Innenhof sorgt für ein permanentes Geräuschlevel, dass nur noch vom Lärm der Nachbarklimaanlagen, klappernden Kopfenden des Bettes und lärmenden Abflüsse getoppt wird. Niemals wieder!
Watch you credit card!!! They have officially charged me FOUR TIMES for an amount that was NOT even due! Thought I had resolved the situation with the manager last week- and then today was charged AGAIN for a stay from weeks ago!! So upset and disappointed in this hotel!

So my friend checked in Thursday, and the toilet broke and they gave him a bill for $700! Who does that? When I say “broke” the back part of the toilet, ceramic part broke. He didn’t do anything. When does that happen?
Wonderful! Beyond expectations.
