What a beautiful building and great staff! Unique and tons of character.
This hotel feels like a brothel. You can hear people having sex all the way down the hall and the front desk offers earplugs instead of taking care of the situation.
The ambiance is beautiful. Great costumer . The rooms were cleaned. The staff was very helpful and went out there way to make sure we were pleased.
Beautiful hotel. The staff inside the hotel were amazing. My issue is with valet service. Very unorganized and dismissive to the guest waiting for an unreasonable amount of time to get our cars. I was there for a company training and we've suggested not to come back.
Our room was amazing! Kimpton Hotels never disappoint!
One the top wedding venues in DC. Total package. Best part is the staff.
