Wonderful hotel, beautiful room, very friendly helpful staff and amazing food. Can't wait to come back to stay again.
First let's get the Good out of the way - this should be very quick. 1. The location: good beach location, close to the Bournemouth Pier and the Museum. 2. Public areas: nice front yard and parking included. Now to the reality: 1. I should have read the review from another reviewer about the shoddy and almost pathetic state of the room we were assigned. Didnt actually stay so unsure about rooms. We visited to attend and elvis tribute night. Food was really nice nothing to complain about. Hotel was well presented. Friendly and humourus staff that liked to joke around which was nice as most places are very striaght faced. Entertainment was brilliant.

Wenn man die gediegene englische Art mag, mit Pianospieler in der Longe am Nachmittag, einem gut erhaltenem Haus aus den letzten Jahrhunderten mit dem entsprechenden Interieur, Treppenhäusern und Fluren, einem "Queens Room" mit kleiner Tanzfläche, Bibliothek, Bar und Restaurant, dann ist man hier genau richtig.
