Lovely stay and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was lovely and service was spot on. Only downside was no parking on site. Would definitely stay again
Rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. Complimentary snacks were welcome. Staff was attentive and helpful. Towels were soft (for a hotel) and the beds were fine. Various options for pillows were available, too. Withing walking distance of parks and several restaurants.
For a deluxe room bit disappointed here's why All pillows too soft Bed quilt annoying with partner pulling & tugging all night For the price should be sky TV as standard. £220 a Night Breakfast extra Seating around the room uncomfortable. Best bits --- staff really nice Telly in middle from bed good position Toilet and Bathroom really nice, the waterfall shower is pure heaven Did not eat or park at this hotel We would not stay again.
Stayed 1 night in August 2025. Standard bedroom was nicely furnished with a good shower, if a little small. Check-in was efficient and easy. A big let down was the breakfast - no bread available so they had to send somebody to corner shot, cappuccino/espresso available only for extra charge, filter-only standard. Complimentary hot choices much less than shown on website - ie no omelettes..
Possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in! We stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of July, and both really enjoyed it. We were greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival who checked us in. The room was beautifully decorated and beautifully clean - we couldn't fault it. Perfect location for exploring Chester. Would definitely recommend!
