Booked this before realising it was behind a fuel station, was unmanned and only had 9 rooms. Didn't need to worry at all, great responses via WhatsApp and the location is good, a few minutes walk from the Mailbox. Rooms are nice, comfy bed, good shower and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and can definitely recommend.
Really great experience at Hotel Holloway. Their communication was flawless and they exceeded expectations with various requests without hesitation. The room was very modern and comfortable, with touchscreen features to utilise the amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The room looked very clean and tidy, it was spacious and the design of the room and the hotel lobby was honestly great, it had a very comforting and modern look to it. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. It’s located a few minutes away from bullring and the station so it’s easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to book a hotel in Birmingham again
Location was absolutely perfect, very short distance to the city centre (5 min walk). Really easy access to the hotel itself. Brilliant service as well with really helpful staff on hand over WhatsApp. Room was super clean and tidy and towels displayed as swans was a lovely touch. Definitely will be staying again!
One has to know that this hotel sits on top of a petrol station, with rooms overlooking a burger shop. It is unmanned, but when we had trouble getting into the room with the code provided they immediately showed up after a call and swiftly sorted it out. Our room was small but well presented, well beyond what we expected after seeing the exterior. Similarly, the bathroom was nice and modern.
