The hotel exceeded expectations, every staff member was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was gorgeous and felt very private - we had no noise from other guests or outside and considering it's a busy city centre hotel that was impressive! The entire hotel was immaculate at all times, we enjoyed breakfast on both days. Fresh pastries and a lovely selection of hot and cold food. Hotel Gotham is the best hotel I've ever been in.
We was away for one night in Manchester, after a recommendation from some friends we went ahead and booked the Gotham. It’s marketed as a 5* hotel, I have to disagree. Building works upon arrival, full scaffolding surrounding the building, I understand works have to happen however, prior notice would have been welcomed. Valet parking was fairly straight forward and prompt on our arrival (I’ll come back to this) check in was ok, prompt and informative.
