Just got engaged here great stay!! Wonderful view!
I was very impressed with the thought put behind every small detail.. Forget your toothbrush? no problem.. a tear in your wardrobe? heres a sewing kit... Travel with your doggie? We have a room service menu just for him.. My business partner and I were even more impressed by the Starbucks bar downstairs which helped us start our morning off right! Cool jus for a regular nite on the town cuye view;;;
I paid for my daughter to go here for her birthday and they treat her like cramp, and like she did not deserve to be there and then they were trying to put her out at midnight...........as if she was on drugs are had drug paraphernalia in her room they searched her room like they were the cops,they talked to her as if she did not deserve to be a guest at the hotel when I pay cash for her to stay the weekend . Service was terrible!!! Room next door was having a hotel party and they did nothing about it. It seemed like a low end spring break motel for college kids instead of the "upscale" they make you think they are.
This hotel customer service is horrible. We reserved 20+ rooms over a month in advance with early check in at 2. It is now 3 pm and only one of us have a room! The staff doesn't give me a straight answer and are offering no resolution! Also, we are renting a meeting room from 3:30-7. Looks like we are not going to have any time to freshen up before this business meeting.
