Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it wasn't as I expected. Check in was at 3 yet when we showed up at 4:30 our room wasn't even ready. Hotel didn't even have enough carts to carry luggage, someone in our party was told they'd be waiting an hour for one?!?! The room while nice had full size beds (not queens like most hotels) and the ac was turned to 60 yet all four of us that stayed in the room slept on the outside of the blankets. I wish I could live in this hotel! It made for the perfect vacation!
Hotel staff was unprofessional. The valet drivers drive recklessly. One almost hit me as I was backing out of my parking space because he was speeding. We were told one price when we booked the hotel and when we arrived $200 was added on to the bill, which we were not informed about. We could not take baths. For any feature like a microwave or refrigerator you had to pay extra. The pool was disappointing, food and drinks were extremely overpriced.
