Charming hotel, nice designs, beautiful and comfortable room, friendly staff, great food!
Very disappointing service and experience with you this past weekend. I could never recommend this hotel based off the incredibly rude front desk staff alone. Save your money and time on this one folks...definitely isn't up to parr.
Very nice hotel I checked in late they did not tell me about the penthouse been remodeled I stayed on the 11th floor the penthouse was on the 12th I woke up at 7 o'clock in the morning to jackhammers on the 12th floor I'll call down and they did not even offer any kind of production on my price of my room
Horrible service waited 2hours before getting served at the bar/dinner ordered shots they had iced it down and charged us $15 bucks a piece for watered down shots,plus our food was cold had to send back twice they said free parking got the bill it was $23 dollars for that In one night we manage to spend $350 for horrible service!!!!!!
I'm not one to leave terrible reviews, but here it is. Check in staff was very friendly. Room was decent. My entire problem is with the valets. I have a new higher end car that I keep detailed and covered at all times typically. I valet my car up front upon check in and tip the valet to take good care of it for me. Fast forward two days to when I pick my car up.. Valet hot rods back up to the front of the hotel like it's going to impress me and then I see that the ENTIRE car is covered with sap, bird droppings, and bird piss... read more
Decided to stay her e for a photo shoot and that was ruined. Watch out for hidden fees. Very dissatisfied with the whole hotel over all. The bed is very uncomfortable and I have stayed at better. They charge for everything towels parking anything u can name they charge for it. I will stay at under a bridge before I ever stay here again.

I love it here. My husband and I have been here a few times and always had great service. Bartender was wonderful. Great food.
this place here is amazing customer service was excellent I would recommend this pace to everyone what a wonderful weekend we had
