Love this hotel...Great food drinks and the people are so nice. And if you stay more than once you get free stuff.
Nasty, terrible, dirty.. blood stains on the sheets. AVOID!!

Love Hotel Derek, always love the service at the restaurant inside with the beautiful view of the fish swimming. And you can't beat the rooms, so awesome!!

Very pleased with my stay.
I was extremely impressed. Great hotel and the best breakfast in Houston. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent. The folks at the desk, door, bar and restaurant all went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. I stay at hotels all over the place several times a month. The Derek was a pleasant surprise because it is different than all the chains. From now on, when I'm in Houston, I'll be at the Derek.
