I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Service was horrible and the staff was incredibly rude. Customer service needs to be a mandatory training to this staff

1st I want to start by saying the white lady at the front desk was very rude, stupidCat! It's not my fault you hate your job... Way to go on your customer service...On another note I won't be using this hotel every again! PeaceBit$hes!!!!
Amazing customer service employees always have a welcoming smile and are eager to start conversations detailing area must sees! Impressive decor. Loved our room with a beautiful view. Super comfortable king size bed with soft freshly laundered bedding. The window couch was an unexpected added bonus. Wonderful pool area with outdoor movie screen and cozy poolside lounge chairs. Will definitely be our only hotel choice in Houston!!!
