Stayed last night with my friend. She ordered a room with a double and single bed, with a bath. We arrived and Paul wanted payment bank transferred into his account. We were given a room with only 1 double bed, no bath and not even a door to the toilet. 1 towel between us, used toiletries and kettle too dirty inside and out, to use. We only had 1 dirty cup and saucer too. When asked for a small refund, we were told to see him at 7am. He was a no show. Do not book this hotel
Me my mum and her partner was looking for a room for her to stay for 1 night and she got a voicemail from Paul saying hope you've been a good girl what you wearing and what's your name Please do not stay here sounds like he's after one thing sounds like a dodgy man.
The rooms were filthy I wouldn’t avoid at all costs ! The owner asks for cash and tells you to cancel on booking.com so he doesn’t have to pay them fees ! The worst place I have ever stayed, the lady who met us at reception didn’t know there was any bookings and had us stood around for 45 mins whilst she spoke to the owner Paul who didn’t care that the rooms weren’t clean . Booked through booking.com Was told by Paul that we had to pay cash on the door or if not bank transfer to his monzo account when we arrived. The place is filthy. Never been cleaned. The lady on the door who was bare foot didn't know how to give us our keys. The bathroom has never been cleaned in a long time. Hairs covered in the bath. Soap and spit stains in and on the bath and stink. The decor was from the 90s as was the bed. The carpets have not seen a hoover in years. Please please don't stay here
The owners of the hotel double booked our room and only informed us on the day of check in, leaving us without a place to stay. Absolutely unprofessional and negligent. One star is too much
