Very welcoming, good service and excellent breakfast. My single room had all facilities and a super hot shower. Located just off the sea front and is so close to both North and South pier further along. A car park immediately across the road. Great location for the Tower and Winter Gardens. Highly recommend excellent value and would use again
Lovely guy running the place. Clean, tidy and amazing breakfast!! Would stay again.
Very nice hotel basic nice and clean just what we wanted for a 1 night stay good location ,breakfast to much and fab choice of cereals, fruit, fruit juice and full English if you don't like anything tell them before hand as they just come out with full English but lovely stay
