Absolutely horrible customer service from the main office. I booked a city trip to London and choose this hotel. A day before flying I got a stomach flu so was unable to fly out and stay at the hotel. Reached out to customer service to explain the situation, bot being able to travel but also bot wanting to infect other guest at the hotel. The best part of the hotel is the service. Outside of that, quite dirty. The throw pillows had some very questionable things that had dried into the material. The rooms are also incredibly small. You basically sleep with your head next to the toilet which also has no wall.. it is frosted glass and has a whole in the door… Also the check in is so impersonal.. you just go to a screen and do it yourself. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
