Classic.urban.chic is definitely the perfect description to this beautiful boutique hotel in Lower Nob Hill in the heart of Union Square!! We enjoyed every single moment of our multi-day stay!! Staff was most pleasant & accommodating!! Security, bartender & server were very charming & enjoyable last evening at our dinner at Mortimer!! Cocktails were en pointe & the food was amazing!! We will definitely be back SOON!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!
RecommendedFrom what I can remember it was absolutely adequate. The rooms had the feeling of being a. It older yet all the public spaces were well developed. Honestly I was there for a conference and we spent most of the time elsewhere, so I do t have deep insightful comments to offer. However as Facebook insists on bugging me relentlessly about writing a review with absolutely no chance of dismissing, here you go :-)

RecommendedThe staff was amazing, the room was very nice, the room service was quick & yummy. It was also in a good location.

The staff was excellent! The breakfast each morning was very good! Other than the bar being open across the street to 1:30 AM it was a nice day.
Overall great place !! Waiter in the bar needs to concentrate on all the clients not just the table in the corner.
