Disappointing-Points or breakfast? Breakfast please!! Oh, I'm sorry, our kitchen is closed! What??? My son left his favorite stuffed animal in the room...good luck getting anyone to call you back?!! 4 phone calls later, they don't know, we'll get back to you, umm, you need to talk to so and so, blah, blah, blah. Won't be back, wouldn't recommend.
Old style hotel updated with modern amenities, highly recommended. Lots of history!

Great location in Union Sq ! Great friendly staff , very spacious rooms and amazing breakfast ! Love it !
loved it. staff helpful and friendly. maid was an odd duck but nice. Lewis at the bar was so kind and helpful. Lewis hung out with me and grandma a bit. was really fun! I felt comfortable heading to the conference and leaving grandma because I knew they'd take care of anything she needed.
Fabulous hotel... Could not fault it, just off Union Square so perfect for exploring the surrounding area... We would definitely go back..... Thank you
Stayed here with my partner in June for 5 nights. Nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean.
