What an amazing find in San Francisco. I am a dedicated Marriott customer and found this Hotel on their mobile app. It's a great change to the same old hotel. Great staff, very accommodating. I will definitely refer this to my co-workers that travel to SF.

We stayed here as we were running in a 5k run. First, the valet parking staff was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. The bell hop, Kile, was amazing! He loaded all of our stuff carefully and made certain we got to our room. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Lots of room to walk around. Love the design of the rooms. Then we ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs. Had the burger and it was so good!! They gave us late check out, free wifi, and had hot apple cider on tap in the lobby. RecommendedFor an Autograph collection hotel, the service was below par. There was no Concierge level which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a fairly good stay!
