What to say . The first day at host view studio my room isn’t ready too dirty . It’s terrible anyone don’t do nothing because is Sunday and saturday . manager isn’t working . the phone is closed even i paid for one year . It’s totally unacceptable for the manager who has been responsible don’t respond. He came only Monday . I don’t understand why people would be so irresponsible.what to say about this situation ???
Extremely disappointed. I paid for a Silver Studio for the academic year, but my room was already occupied by other people. I was placed in a temporary room that was dirty, not cleaned properly, and completely lacking essentials (bare minimum). Reception refused to resolve the issue immediately and told me to wait until Monday for the manager. This is a serious breach of contract and unacceptable for any student accommodation. It was an amazing place to live in! Beautiful and convenient studios, everything new and fresh, lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend!
I’ve been staying at Host since the last few months and it has been nothing but safe, comfortable, and pleasant. The staff is super helpful and resident feedback is well considered for improvements. Facilities and rooms are very well maintained. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a studio at a great location.
