I’ve lived here for a year and can’t wait to spend another. It’s a wonderful place, and the site staff—Michelle and Derek—are exceptionally friendly and easy to get along with. - They helped me so much! I highly recommend it to international students seeking a second home.
Almost 2 years here. Absolutely wonderful time so far! Love the management team and accommodation is of great quality 👌 All bills included hence the price but overall, good location, near the University of Kent and the city of Canterbury. Highly recommend 💕🥰
Ideally located right next to Canterbury West station and local amenities including a Sainsbury's Local downstairs and minutes walk from Westgate Towers. Despite being so central, it is very quiet inside and I have not had any issues with noise disturbances. Derek and Michelle are friendly and helpful and are on hand to help if needed. I recently moved in at Pavilion Court. Being an international student and because of Covid, I had to book my room from overseas. I was in communication with Derek who works at Pavilion, and he arranged a virtual viewing of my room which was very helpful as during the viewing I could ask all my questions.
