I absolutely love living at 41 castle street, the accommodation is very modern and kept up to standard, all my issues are always dealt with care and speed by the lovely Jamie and Ian at reception, never a dull moment when I have a conversation with them, this is my second year staying here and I would definitely stay here for my third, once again shout out to the lovely Jamie and Ian for all their work x
Jamie and Ian are amazing hosts that make living here so much more enjoyable.
Stayed here for my final two years and I cannot say anything negative about the place. Neat, tidy and extremely spacious with plenty of space for belongings and kitchen supplies. The staff were friendly and helped so much, both Jamie and Ian are ready to lend a hand when needed and greet everyone with an infectious smile! The site is smaller compared to others in the area so it's perfect for those who prefer somewhere that's not as busy as well as quiet. Only gripe is I cannot rate it higher than 5
The staffs are really nice and helpful and also very welcoming. The place is very close to the town centre which makes it easy to locate and access everything around you. Definitely will be booking again in the future.
I appreciate the help a lot from Ian. I complained about my issue yesterday afternoon and he came in the morning at a reasonable time to come sort out the issue. Everything is working properly now and I’m happy. Many thanks to Ian and his kind help and for being approachable and nice while helping me out.
