Hospice of Northwest Ohio served its first patients in 1981 and is the Toledo area's largest provider of hospice care. A non-profit, community-based organization, we are the only area agency solely dedicated to caring for the terminally ill. In 2013, we served more than 2,500 patients and families in their own homes, in nursing homes and at our freestanding Hospice Centers. I have had many friends and relatives come to Hospice . They have all been blessed to keep family close and go in peace with their Dignity in place. <3 Hospice is Absolutely the Best place to be!!
