Hospice of Northwest Ohio served its first patients in 1981 and is the Toledo area's largest provider of hospice care. A non-profit, community-based organization, we are the only area agency solely dedicated to caring for the terminally ill. In 2013, we served more than 2,500 patients and families in their own homes, in nursing homes and at our freestanding Hospice Centers. Beautiful grounds. Immaculate, warm facility. Caring staff.
What an amazing organization! The grounds are beautiful and the staff so genuinely caring and kind. As a health professional, I of course judge by a different standard, but truly, I could not be more satisfied with the care and services our family received. During a difficult time, they helped our family say goodbye in the most dignified and wholesome way possible.
What a wonderful place. I am so glad my Dad is here in his final days to keep him comfortable and as peaceful as can be. God bless all of you!
The staff was wonderful along with some volunteers.
I have worked in long term care for twenty years. I work for paragon at The lakes of Monclova and have the pleasure of witnessing excellent care everyday. Hospice of northwest Ohio was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and compassionate staff. They took care of my mom and my family without missing anything. The carng nurses ( Martin was my mom's favorite but they were all amazing) , the STNA's, dietary, housekeeping and management staff were all extremely kind and willing to meet any need we had.
